Our Recruiting Methodology
Our methodology of fulfillment is not unlike a software development life cycle. We employ a consultative approach with our clients to build the initial requirement, a living document. This is analyzed for content and fit within the client organization and project team. We document and determine the approach as to tools and resources to identify the most likely pool of talent. We start with building complex Boolean search strings used on multiple platforms including, but not limited to, our proprietary reservoir of talent, social media, our conscripted tools, and networks. We begin the real work of recruiting - the search. Our experienced and proven recruiters review clues and indications of potential matching talent. These individuals are chased, contacted, and screened. We ask for a current resume and we evaluate – but do not edit – the document. All potential candidates are entered into our applicant tracking system and tracked against the requirement. Each potential candidate is screened for quality of job history and consistency of concentration in the technical requirements and pertinence to industry, application, and function. We further screen for communication skills, attitude, and compensation relevance. We require current employment references able to attest to past performance and job proficiency. We conduct references and then determine our level of interest. Short list candidates are presented to the client in an email containing a resume, a concise statement of qualifications against mandatory and preferred skills, citizen or visa status, geographic location, and compensation requirements.
