He has seven years of experience filling government jobs in Health and Human Services. He has three years of designing Applicant Tracking/Requisition Management systems while managing the implementation, user training and support.

He built the recruiting function for EngagePoint, a Healthcare IT company. This subsequently grew to over one hundred million dollars in revenue and was recognized by Inc. Previously, he was the Manager of Client Services and Lead Recruiter for ATK Enterprises, an IT Staffing consultancy, for which he held an equity stake.
